He is survived by: his mother Jo Anne Booth (Whittington); his former spouse Tracy Peters; his daughters, Brandie Booth of San Francisco, CA, Brittney Booth of Prairie Village, KS and Brailee Turner of Seattle, WA; and his brothers, Joe Booth (Tonia), Jacy Booth (Susan) of Parkville, MO and J. R. Booth (Molly) of Clinton, MO. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and one great nephew.
