He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frakes and Eleanor Frakes (Van Boxtel); and his brother James "Jimmy" Frakes. He is survived by: his wife Connie K. Lucas; his children, Jerry B. Frakes (Jennifer), Kelly Frakes (Gail) and Robin Downing (Jim); his grandchildren, Harrison, Porter Frakes, Nick Frakes (Natalie Ost), Austin Frakes, Lucas Downing, Holly Frakes, Kayla (Jake Grant) and Carley Downing; his great grandchildren, Audrey and Gracie Grant; his niece Natalie Frakes; his great-nephew Andrew Millsap; his great-niece Sara Rexrode; and his aunt Alice Ludwig (Van Boxtel) of Appleton, WI..
