He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Harvey and Rosa Lee Harvey (Barnett); and his daughter Melanie D'Ann Downie. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Harvey (Durham); his children, Janet Duffer-Harvey (Amy) of Topeka, Ron Webb, Jr. of Mandan, ND, Joseph Webb (Lindsey) of Topeka and Amber Renyer (Hugh) of Berryton; his brother Mark Harvey (Debi); and his former wife Christina Harvey. He is also survived by grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Calendar Rochester Cemetery (1200 NW Menninger Rd, Topeka, KS 66618).
