He was predeceased by: his parents, George Suwalski and Adelia Pontius. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Zayac of Topeka; and his daughters, Dana Sobottka and Candie Kolbek of Topeka. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
