With profound sadness, we say goodbye to JoAnn Fleharty in Topeka, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Dean Eckles and Helen Eckles; and her sister Donna Bise (Ray). She is survived by: her children, Debbie Culley (Kevin) and Chris Fleharty (Donna); her sister Barbara Ittner (Dwight); and her grandchildren, Ann Culley, John Culley (Michelle), Renee Stefani (Chris) and Kristen Griffin (Thayne).
