He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Kisner, Sr. and Rose A. Kisner (Reeb). He is survived by: his wife RoseMary Seibert; his children, Steven "Steve" Ochs-Kisner (Jeff) and Jodene "Jody" Kisner; his grandchildren, Michael Ditch, Jr. (Kaitlin Ditch), Jaime Lynn Hackmann (Ryan Boyd) and Janet Rose Schebaum (Derick); and his great grandchildren, Abigail Rose Ditch, John Harrison Ditch, Autumn Rose Schebaum, Lily Rain Schebaum and Wyatt Scott Schebaum.
