He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim, Marjorie Nigh and Jane Clement. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Tinsley; his children, Kim Culliss (Brian) and Kevin Tinsley; his granddaughters, Ella and Alexandra Culliss; and his sister Joan Kuck.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mother Teresa of Calcutta Church Building Fund, sent in care of the funeral home.
