He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Seley and Elsie Nichols Seley; his wife Millie Hesler; his son John Seley; his grandson Roger Koester; and his sister Doris Hollembeak.
He is survived by: his children, Cliffie Wilcox, LuAnne Koester and Joe Seley (Donna Kay); his grandchildren, Russ Wilcox, Samantha Lewis, Sarah Seley and Jordan Seley; his great grandchildren, Abbey Hare and Bianca Velazquez; and his great great grandchild Paisley Bennett.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church (7433 SW 29th St, Topeka, KS 66614).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, and sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614.
