She was predeceased by : her parents, Celestino Rios and Carmen Rios. She is survived by : her husband Larry Hart; her children, James S. Hart (Shanda) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Tammy Friedl (Pat) of Olathe; her sister Wilma Perry (Richard) of Manhattan; and her granddaughter Harper Hart.
