She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter George Andes and Amelia Katherine Andes (Turk); her husband Robert Lee Rainey; her siblings, Mary Ann Richardson, Peggy Derr, JoAnn Dreher and Charles Andes; and her mother-in-law Virginia Rainey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Cecilia Craig of Topeka and Carol Fruits (Jim) of Topeka. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; 4 great-great nieces and nephews; as well as countless close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (5973 SW 25th St, Topeka, KS 66614). A rosary was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3616 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66606).
