She was predeceased by: her father Herb Downing. She is survived by: her children, Jill Smith (Steve) of Lawrence, KS, Stephanie Dickson (Jeff) and Paul James Mitchell (Amanda); her grandchildren, Leylah (Andrew Mitchell) of Portage, IN and Isaac of Topeka, KS; her mother Ruth Downing of Seward, NE; and her sisters, Susie Nuttleman (Lon) of Quincy, IL, Sandy Perrin (Tom) of Aurora, CO and Deb Heidtbrink (Larry) of Malcom, NE..
