He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Locke and Dora E. Locke (Cook); his son Travis Locke; and his wife Beverly Dutton. He is survived by: his son Ryan Locke (Amber); his grandchildren, Chantelle, Rayven and Winter of Beattie; his son Colin Locke of Topeka; and his brothers, Robert Locke and Douglas Locke.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parker-Price and Davidson Cremations, Funerals (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, January 27th 2026 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (1517 E 15th St, Lawrence, KS 66044).
