He was predeceased by: his father David C. Allerheiligen; his grandfather Clarence "C. W." Allerheiligen; Judy K. Ford (Crosier). He is survived by: his sister Amy Allerheiligen (BG Weiss); his nieces, Alexis and Peyton Weiss of Louisville, CO; his stepparents, Jerry Ford of Norco, CA and Lydia Allerheiligen of San Antonio, TX; and his stepsiblings, Meg Shiflet (Randy) of Redding, CA, Doug (Kathi), Clay Ford of Redding, CA, Kelley Frost (Pat) of San Antonio, TX and Chris Surbey (Claudia) of Santa Monica, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, and his dedicated caregivers.
