He is survived by: his mother Glenda Brumbaugh (Payne) of Osage City; his son Kacey Jay Emery (Miranda) of Lawrence; his wife Desiree Rainez; his children, Devin Brumbaugh (Harley) of Topeka, Taylor Brumbaugh of Topeka and Gabrielle Thomas (Brett) of Orrick, MO; his siblings, Michael Brumbaugh of Osage City, Dawn Brumbaugh of Topeka and Lisa Graham Bolton (JW) of Osage City; his stepsisters, Debi Freeborn of Elk Creek, Dixie Kay of Topeka, Linda Marie of Topeka, Glenda Ann of Topeka and Cathy June of Topeka; and his grandchildren, Hayleigh, Maddie Emery, McKenzie, Breanna Whitmore, Alex Brinker Emery, Corra, Rogan Thomas, Oakley and Brantley Brumbaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
