He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Slaweck. He is survived by: his wife Hannelore Mielenz (Topeka); his children, Barbel (Randy Baker) of Hawkins, TX, Mike (Kim Mielenz) and Tony Mielenz (Topeka); his brother Wolfgang (Conny Mielenz); and his grandchildren, Stuart Baker of Federal Way, WA and Kallahan Mielenz (Topeka).
