He is survived by: his parents, Sharron Perkins II (Rimbey) of Topeka and Mark Perkins; and his siblings, Lori Snook (Derek) of Topeka, Scott Perkins (Tina) of Topeka and Jana Remmenga (Dan Schmeider) of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
