She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Blankenship and Joybelle Blankenship (Stover); her spouse Carol David "C. D." Reagan; and her son James "Michael" Reagan. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Terri Garrett, Sherri Parrish (Craig), Lanita Lee and Gene Wingo (Andrea); and her siblings-in-law, Brian Reagan, Frieda Smith and Colleen Peavler. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
