He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal L. Webb (Needlels) and Guy Webb; and his siblings, Lovella Edith Cooper, Guy "Sonny" Edwards, Ella Mae Daughtery, Robert Eugene "Gene" Webb, Edwin Ralph Webb, David Leroy Webb and Rose "Rosy" Marie Milburn.
He is survived by: his friends, Nancy G. Lester and Linda "Gayle" Burress; and his sisters, Dorothy "Dottie" Roseanne Williams and Carol Louise Chastain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
