In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Larry leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Larry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Engler and Nettie Engler (Croyle); and his brothers, Lyle Engler and Warren Engler. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Debra Sabrsula (Engler) of Wharton; his stepchildren, Brenda Calderon Rushing (Mark) of La Porte, Michael E. Forman (Debbie) of Sanford Florida, Dennis Paxton (Becky Edison) and Donna Conklin (Paxton) of Topeka; and his sister-in-law Marti Dunbar (Ed). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
Memorials are suggested to the Topeka First Assembly of God Church, Arbor Day Foundation, or the Humane Society.
