He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Nick, Loni, Blake, Alyssa, Christian and Elijah; his grandchildren, Hannah, Kaydence, Nick Jr., Noah, Layden, Baya, Mia and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Mattox and Graylyn; his brother David; and his children, David, Kimberly, Tommy and Hannah.
