He is survived by: his former wife Jill Guess; his daughters, Brooke Bacon (Tim), Cheryl Rice (Bryan) and Shannon Phillips; his grandchildren, Lukas, Nickolas Bacon, Bailey Beach (Simon), Brooklyn, Tricia, Bryan Rice, Shandan Spencer and Donavyn Phillips; his great grandchildren, Lennon Beach, Izayah and Amayah Spencer; his niece Tiffany Botts; and his nephew Ramond Miller.
