He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Marie Hoffmann (Vecchio); his brother Rick Hoffmann; his parents-in-law, Hubert and Helen Gish; and his brother-in-law Bob Gish.
He is survived by: his father William N. Hoffmann; his wife Linda L. Hoffmann (Gish) of Topeka; his children, Susan D. Hoffmann (Tim Bethel) of Topeka and Robert A. Hoffmann (Elisabeth Laett) of Montreal, Quebec; and his siblings-in-law, Tom and Cindy Gish of Topeka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
