She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick William Beneke and Clara Sophia Beneke (Riffel); her husband Alfred Gooding; her son Ron Gooding; her granddaughter Ashley Gooding; her siblings, Lorena Blankensop, LaVerne Beneke, Evelyn Schultz and Alfred Beneke; and her stepmother Lydia Beneke (Brunner).
She is survived by: her children, Alan Gooding (Topeka), Sherri Rokey (Don) of Sabetha, KS, Tammi (Pat) and Pierce (Topeka); her grandchildren, Angela Marzan (Shawn), Levi Rokey of Vail, CO, Carina (Tommy), Broussard, Katie (Eric), Scribner, Josiah Rokey of Sabetha, KS and Brianna Gooding (Topeka); and her great grandchildren, Brightyn, Lorna, Rafael (Marzan), Beckham (Scribner), Maggie, Libby (Broussard) and Winter (Bell).
