With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda L. Kinney (Topeka, Kansas), who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Kinney; and her siblings, Shirley Wren, Christy Randolph, Arthur Owens, Jr. and Steve Owens.

She is survived by: her children, Ryan Kinney (Laura) and Tina Kinney; her grandsons, Carter Kinney and Marquis Martin; and her siblings, Deacon William Owens, Sr. (Brenda) and Cindy White (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends, neighbors and co-workers.

Memorial contributions can be made in Linda's honor to the Topeka Rescue Mission Ministries, 600 N. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66608.
