It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Arlene McConkey of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Tuschoff and Ora Tuschoff; her husband Ron; her siblings, Merle Tuschoff (Alice), Gerry Griffiths, Virginia Dunham (Logan) and Ardyce Stevenson (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Norma Maynard (Norman), Duane McConkey and Russell Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Swedburg (John) of East Wenatchee, WA, Tim McConkey (Susan) of Lewistown, MT and Steve McConkey (Deb) of Houston, TX.; her grandchildren, John Marc Swedburg (Erica), Tiffany Carolan (Eamonn), Erica Schmautz (Jared), Justin Arnold (Kisha), Jessica Dean (Mike), Kyle McConkey (Amy), Sarah Fain (Tim), Christina McConkey, Tyler Arnold (Shana), Bryan Mohr (Angie), Darren Mohr (Kate), Kevin Mohr and Adya White (Robert); her great grandchildren, Gracelin, Graham Swedburg, Enzo, Greenlee, Theo Schmautz, Liam, Kegan Carolan, Micah, Ruthie Fain, Theodore, Grayson White, Perry, Llewyn Arnold, Max, Jack Mohr, Willa, Maren Mohr, Nolan, Caleb McConkey and Oliver Dean; and her siblings-in-law, Florine Vick, Marcia McConkey and Robert Griffiths.
