She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Duncan and Hazel Duncan (Haughey); her husband Clyde Niebur; and her brother Raymond Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Meyer (Carl) of Wichita and Russell Niebur of Topeka; and her siblings, Donald Duncan of Tucson, AZ and Alice Thetford (Pat) of Topeka. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rochester Cemetery (1200 NW Menninger Rd, Topeka, KS 66618).
