He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Kelsey and Vona Kelsey; and his brothers, Tom Kelsey (Delaine), Ralph Kelsey (Hermena), Ned Kelsey (Theresa) and Glenn Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kelsey; his children, Shawn Kelsey of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Paula Will (Doug Will) of Topeka; his grandsons, Drew (Anna), Matthew, Levi and Evan Will; and his siblings, Emelyn Rice and Karl Kelsey (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
