She was predeceased by: her brother Allen Hisey. She is survived by: her husband Robert Neiswender Jr.; her children, Tony Smith and Mendy Hubbard; her stepson Rob Neiswender (Terry); her grandchild Randi Sack; her family, Rylie Nelson (Drew), Paxton Smith, Colby Neiswender (Chrissia) and Logan Neiswender; and her brother Randall Hisey. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; five nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends.
