She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cook and Martha Bush Cook; her grandson Brian Hlad; and her sisters, Lela Lorraine Knowles, Carrie Hoag and Neva Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband Clark Hatch; and her children, Bernetta Hlad (Jerry), Tim Hatch (Parrian), Charlie Hatch (Carmen) and Loreena Potts (Randy). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Midland Care and sent in care of the funeral home.
