He is survived by: his children, Myron, Coleen Akers (Billings) and Roger Billings; his daughter-in-law Keri Billings; and his siblings, Dorothy Frye, Paul Billings, Richard Billings, Mary Heise, Delbert Billings, Bertie Billings, Mike Billings and Donna Billings. He is also survived by his two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (901 SW Fillmore St, Topeka, KS 66606). The military honors was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the West Lawn Memorial Gardens (820 SW Auburn Rd, Topeka, KS 66615).
