He was predeceased by: his parents, David Foster and Nellie Foster; his wife Patricia Foster; his daughter Sherry Foster; his siblings, David, Tom, Mary, Viola and Beverly; and his half-brother George.
He is survived by: his brother Pete Foster (Kay); his children, Warren Foster (Tammi), Bobby Foster (Missie Smith), Sonya Cefalu (Mark) and Michelle Thrasher (Bennett); his grandchildren, Ethan Hartenberger, Kristina Foster, Kaitlyn Foster, Samantha Koeller (Bob), Daniella Bratcher (TJ Ede), Matt Rogers, Kayla McCarthy (Allen), Riley Rogers (Morgan Oroke) and Dustin Thrasher (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Chloe Koeller, Blake McCarthy, Kinsley McCarthy, Rhett Rogers, Isabella Cefalu, Niko Cefalu, Jovie Thrasher and Titus Thrasher; and his stepgrandsons, Nicholas Cefalu and Anthony Cefalu.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rogue Event Studio (917 N Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66608).
