She was predeceased by: her parents, David Schwemmer and Eva Schwemmer (Flintham). She is survived by: her husband Charles "Bill" Hockenbarger; her children, Karl, Harold Hockenbarger and Carol Bogard (Don); and her siblings, Virginia, Betty, Letha, Alice and Edwin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parker-Price & Davidson (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the West Lawn Memorial Gardens (820 SW Auburn Rd, Topeka, KS 66615).
