She was predeceased by: her husband Roy A. Proctor Sr.; her sons, Roy A. Proctor Jr. and Gilbert Ray Proctor; her sons-in-law, Joe Conway and Evan Woodyard; her parents, Bud Turner and Reva Turner; and her brother Claude Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Proctor (Kim), Marilyn Woodyard, Rebecca Colhouer (Kevin), Darla Conaway (Larry), David Emery-Proctor (Vexa) and Katherine Rucker (Brandon); and her sister Glenda Minnick. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
