With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matilda Alexander (Topeka, Kansas), born in Mayetta, Kansas, who passed away on September 14, 2023 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matilda Alexander to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Simon and Lenora Wabskie Simon; her daughter Patricia Alexander; and her granddaughters, Lori Ann Alexander and Kori Lea Alexander.

She is survived by : her husband Jack Alexander; her children, Jack Alexander, Jr. (Jenny), Stephanie Alexander and Terrell Alexander (Lisa); her grandchildren, Shannon, Uler III, Alexandrea Simone, Tishawna, Michaella and Marissa; her great grandchildren, Walter "Trey", Tasia, Uler IV, U'Zyah, U'Niese, Udonis, Usiris, U'Launi, Jason, Bryanna, Akkina, Cionna and Kanyon; and her sister Mary Frost.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home (2801 SW Urish Rd, Topeka, KS 66614). A mass of christian burial was held on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Mater Dei Holy Name Church (1114 SW 10th St, Topeka, KS 66604).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Home Instead or to Midland Care Hospice, sent in care of the funeral home.
