We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2025, at the age of 85, Melba Kay Rucker of Topeka, Kansas, born in McComb, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H Rucker; her parents, Ellen Berno and James Berno; her nephews, David Forman and Craig Forman; and her grandson Drew Bicknell.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Wells; her sibling's children, Deborrah Forman, Dawn Wahwassuck, Kimberly Ortiz and Cody Forman; her grandchildren, Kristie Welder, Laura Scarborough, Spencer Wolff and Derek Bicknell; Debra Pahura, Ann Lynch (David) and Sheree Bicknell (Gary).
