He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin A. Kilgore and Donna J. Bushnell Kilgore; his brothers, Stephen and Richard; and his son-in-law Brent Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kilgore of Topeka; his sisters, Rhonda Romesburg and Victoria Guillroy of Wichita, Kansas; his children, Donna Kilgore and Tony Kilgore; and his grandchildren, Sarina Kilgore and Hailey Kilgore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
