He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Toledo and Rosezan Toledo (LeClere); and his sister Mary Ann Mitchell. He is survived by: his son Brandon Russell of Killeen, TX; his brothers, Gary Williams of Mayetta, KS, Marcus Gutierrez of Mayetta, KS and Ronald Gutierrez of Topeka, KS; and his grandchildren, Alina and Luciano Russell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and all of his friends.
