He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lucas, and Irena Lucas, Jr. (King). He is survived by: his children, Mike Lucas (Terry) of Topeka and Angela Kelly (Kenny) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Terecia, Monica, Corbin and Brendan; and his siblings, Judith Bauer (George), Mary Lucas, Martha Springer (Jim) and Mark Lucas. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
