He is survived by: his children, Chris Mayo, Danielle Mayo and Elizabeth Mayo; his grandchildren, Alaina Avila, Hadlie Sova, Evan Mayo and Tyler Kitchengs; and his sister Kathleen McAferty. He is also survived by family as, “Mad Dog.
