He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Juanita Reyes-Hepner. He is survived by: his stepfather Dean Hepner; and his brothers, Jose Jr., Victor, Richard, Phillip (Keri), Allen and Samuel. He is also survived by many other family members including Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
