She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Payden; her sister-in-law LeeAnna Smith; her nieces and nephews, Howard (Robie), Bruce, Carlos, Sheritta, Christi, Natalie, Jolice, Geneva, Wendy and Paula; her goddaughter Joyce Hightower; and her extended family Church.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bowser Johnson Funeral Chapel (723 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of God in Christ (614 SE California Ave, Topeka, KS 66607).
