Nadine L. Doherty Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nadine L. Doherty of Topeka, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nadine L. Doherty to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Eccles and Mattie Eccles (Crane); her husband James E. "Jim" Doherty; and her son-in-law Michael Desch. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Desch of Tecumseh, Diana Lowe (Andy) of Louisburg and Donald Doherty (Doreena) of Topeka; and her grandchildren, Michael Lowe (Victoria) of Lawrence, Brian Lowe of Louisburg, Craig Lowe (Kim) of Tecumseh, Daryn Vila (Andre) of Topeka and Devon Doherty of Topeka. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southeast Chapel (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
