She is survived by: her husband Steve Eagan; her daughters, Shelli Jernigan (Luke) and Jodi Jendrysik (Jason); her grandchildren, Asheley Sisk (John), Frankie Greco, Austin Slimmer (Kara), Haley Williams (Nino), Hunter Jendrysik and Chase Jendrysik (Jhazlynn); her great grandchildren, Alyvia Sisk, Julia Sisk, Milan Williams, Londyn Williams, Myles Slimmer and Phoenix Williams; and her brother Terry Lee Coward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, sent in care of the funeral home.
