He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis D. Myrick and Mildred L. Medlock Myrick; and his sister JoAnn Hildebrandt. He is survived by: his wife Patty Myrick of Topeka; his sons, Shawn D. Myrick of Cairo, Michael Todd Myrick of Scranton, Kansas and Chad Allen Myrick (Shelley) of Scranton, Kansas; and his brothers, Danny Myrick (Sandy) of Topeka and John Myrick (Kathy) of Kittridge, Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four great grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parker-Price and Davidson Funeral Home (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rochester Cemetery (1200 NW Menninger Rd, Topeka, KS 66618).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Seaman Booster Club or the Hoyt Masonic Lodge.
