She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Cliff, Bernice Loreene Parks, John and Doris Martens. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Martens and Donetta Martens; her close friend Barry Gentry; her siblings, Jeff (Heather) and Tricia Martens; her nieces and nephews, Rosa, Tyler, Haleigh and Chance Martens; Sean, Zachary, Ethan and Michael Gentry. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Nicole requested that people come dressed casually, or in her words "however they want."In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to S.C.A.R.S., an animal rescue near to Nicole's heart.
