He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Hogan and Leta J. Hogan (Breeding). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hogan; his children, Curtis Hogan (Carrie), Kevin Hogan (Mechelle), Brenda Beck (Mark) and Cindy Bigenwalt (Brian); and his sister Rosalie Johnson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made in Norman's memory to Sacred Heart-St. Joseph Catholic Parish in care of the funeral home.
