He is survived by: his children, Debra Guay (Lynn Rolf), Elaine Gingrich (Mark) and Orval Knodel II. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel (4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made in Orval's name to an organization you hold dear to your heart.
