He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Perez and Victoria M. Perez (Rodriguez); and his brothers, Mark Perez and Richard "Rick" Perez. He is survived by: his wife Debra K. Perez; his children, Patrick F. Perez II, Victoria A. C. Perez and Zachariah M. Perez; his granddaughters, Jacqueline, Aviana and Ellena; and his siblings, Teresa Scheck (Bart) and Lawrence "Larry" Perez. He is also survived by loving extended family that includes numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made in Patrick's memory to the American Cancer Society and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
