He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Kelly and Collece E. Kelly (Avard). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kelly (Regnier); his daughters, Erin Kelly (Eric Daniels) of Kansas City, MO and Colleen Kelly of Lawrence, KS; his sister Kerry Olliff (Eric) of St. Louis; his nieces and nephews, Connor Olliff, Cassidy Olliff, Kiersten Olliff and Kragan Cross (Shad); and his father-in-law Arthur Turner.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
