He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis (Alma Evans) and Paul; his siblings, David and Gloria; and his niece Paula.
He is survived by: his spouse Jonathan Loppnow; his sons, David Evans (Jessi) and Jon Evans (Amy) of Sterling Heights, MI; his nieces, Karen Hayes-Bell (Bruce) of Stoddard, NH and Laura Hayes of Keene, NH; his great-nieces, Sarah Cheverier (Joe) and Amber Bell of Stoddard, NH; and his grandchildren, Josh, Jacob and Mia.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (1275 SW Boswell Ave, Topeka, KS 66604).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Westminster Presbyterian Church (https://westminstertopeka.breezechms.com) of Topeka, Metropolitan Community Church of Topeka or Temple Beth Sholom of Topeka.
